Growing up, I attended Aggie Muster with my family and got to wear my mom's Aggie Ring. It was always a special night-- hanging out with my parents and their friends, remembering the Aggies we had lost in the past year.
While at Aggieland, I was privileged to serve on the Muster committee, and my respect for the tradition grew as I worked with a team to implement one of our most visible and time-honored traditions.
This year at the campus ceremony, Dr. Robert Gates, Secretary of Defense was our speaker. The man is incredible and I am so proud that he is an Aggie!
