Tomorrow!

Howdy folks... tomorrow is the big day! Yesterday had the Echols family scrambling a little bit as Dad was trying to buy train tickets, and Mom couldn't be found... they were both on the phone with me and I was trying to get some work done before leaving the country for a week!

We were able to work everything out, and I have been researching restaurants in Paris with views of the Eiffel tower. I cannot imagine what we did before the internet! I was able to see the NY Times best rated restaurants and then find them on the map to see if they had a view of the city.

Looks like we've got a busy itinerary... that's definitely the way my family likes to do things. When we went to Disney World, my mom got a Birnbaum's guide and we saw EVERYTHING! (except for some wild bird island...)

Good thing we've got train rides almost every day-- we can catch up on our shut eye so that we can really enjoy each of the destinations on our European vacation.

I must admit that I cannot wait to see Salzburg and the Sound of Music tour-- I know that's very touristy of me, but I will be "that" tourist running through the gardens singing... and splashing in the fountain!
